OUR PURPOSE
MedTech Color is on a mission to change the face of the medical device industry.
- Only 10.8% of active physicians in the U.S. are African American or Latinx, despite accounting for 31% of the population.
- Companies with the most ethnically diverse executive teams are 33% more likely to outperform their peers on profitability.
- Diverse leaders are critical to amplifying equitable and inclusive innovation, and improving outcomes for diverse patient populations.

Competition
We recognize and reward early-stage Black and Brown Medtech entrepreneurs for solving complex challenges within their communities with equitable innovation at the forefront of social and technological change.
