Selina Canty has been working as a Research & Development Manager, Product Engineering at BD for 4 years. Her area of expertise includes implementing design controls for new products in addition to operating under design controls with commercialized products, process development and commercialization of products including direct interaction with multiple regulatory bodies of high-risk medical devices. In her current role she manages a multimillion-dollar portfolio of high-risk classification commercially available medical devices using a team of junior/senior level R&D engineers and junior/senior level technicians.
